RESEARCH USE POLICY

All products sold by XYPTIQ Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research use only.

• Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Products are not for human or animal consumption of any kind.
• Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
• XYPTIQ Labs does not provide dosing, usage or medical advice, and will not respond to requests for it.
• Products should be handled only by qualified individuals using appropriate laboratory safety practices.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe products may be used for anything other than lawful research.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this site or purchase. By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes and that you understand and accept our Research Use Policy.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of any product, and for complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to you.

Orders and pricing

Prices and availability may change without notice. An order is accepted only once payment is received and confirmed. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with pricing errors or suspected misuse; if we cancel an order after payment, it will be refunded.

No warranties

Products are sold "as is" for research purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYPTIQ Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYPTIQ Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless XYPTIQ Labs from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of any product or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which XYPTIQ Labs is based.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to all orders placed after the date shown above.

PRIVACY

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to complete it, such as your name, shipping address, email address and order details.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains, which are outside our control.

How we use it

We use your information only to process and ship orders, communicate with you about them, prevent fraud and keep required business records.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run our business, such as shipping carriers and payment processors, or when required by law.

Browser storage

This site uses your browser's storage only to remember that you passed our entry checks, to keep the items in your cart, and, if you choose, to remember your research-access acknowledgment for 30 days. This information stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

Bot protection

Our entry page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm visitors are human. Cloudflare may process limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, for this purpose under its own privacy policy.

Age

This site is not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged shipments

Every order is carefully and securely packaged. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier, and contact us with your order number and photos of the package and contents. Damaged-item issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING

• Where we ship: United States only.
• Processing time: orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Cost: flat rate of $12.99 per order.
• Packaging: every order is packed securely and protectively.

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost because of an incorrect address. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier, and any loss or damage in transit should be filed as a claim with the carrier.
